How a Florida Porta Potty Rental Works
The path from first call to pickup, plus the Florida-specific details worth sorting out before the truck shows up.
- Phone lines open 24/7
- Same-day delivery when units are available
1. Pick up the phone
Call (855) 492-0045 and share where the units will go, the delivery date, the rental length and the expected crowd or crew. Flag anything that affects access: a guard gate, an HOA, a drawbridge, a beach with vehicle limits, soft sand or a long carry from the road.
2. Work out the setup together
We recommend unit types and counts and explain what the rental includes, what servicing looks like and how pickup works. Pricing, terms and availability come from that conversation, not a price table.
3. Prepare the spot
Pick firm, level ground a service truck can reach, preferably out of the afternoon sun and away from standing water. In communities with HOAs, check their contractor and vendor rules first. Line up someone who can answer the phone on delivery day.
4. Delivery and placement
Units are delivered to the agreed spot. Events are normally set before guests or vendors arrive. On job sites we can discuss locations that stay clear of equipment and haul routes.
5. Servicing for longer rentals
Multi-day events and active job sites need servicing to stay usable. Frequency depends on headcount, heat and layout, and is settled before the rental starts.
6. Storms and schedule changes
Florida weather can move a schedule fast. If a storm, evacuation order or closure is coming, call as early as you can so we can talk through options, and expect no guarantees about outcomes.
7. Pickup
When the event or project ends, pickup is scheduled. If your end date shifts, call early so the schedule can shift with it.
